  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • LooneyFingerboards is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.

  • All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
